Located on Ritson Road in Ontario, this commercial logistics hub comprises six large warehouse buildings with multiple truck bays, heavy-duty pavements and tightly constrained grading envelopes. Dock heights, truck approach grades, internal circulation and on-site stormwater controls all needed to work together within a flat regional landscape, existing servicing constraints and stringent local standards for accessibility and winter performance.

Wyoming Hills is a new infill neighborhood in North Eastern Wyoming State encompassed over 60 lots and spanning 12 acres, with utility infrastructure involving over 2 miles of sanitary, storm, and water supply pipes.
