Service AI takes a site layout and generates a network that meets local engineering rules. It will place pipes in 2D and 3D and automatically size the pipes and set inverts to connect in with existing networks.
It will lay out gravity networks that comply with minimum grade requirements for different pipe diameters and ties in with detention ponds, pump stations, existing manholes and pipes.
Service AI will also lay out pressure pipes and other utilities meeting local clearance requirements later in 2026.
