Does Level AI think about ability to service a site when setting levels?

YES

Level AI uses proprietary algorithms and AI models to ensure that every site can be serviced.

We can still override certain lots if they intend to be pumped.

Does Level AI handle very steep sites?

YES

Level AI will automatically consider addition of retaining walls to ensure compliance on very steep sites.

Information is provided back to the user in the form of suggestion overlays indicating where retaining walls need to be added or where a road isn’t compliant.

I’ve got a very large site, 10,000+ lots, will it work on that?

YES

We have run projects with over 2000 lots in under 2 hours and it can perfectly balance earthwork cutfill whilst designing compliant roads, lots and buildings.

Scaling up to mega developments simply requires longer optimisation times (up to 48 hours).

I’m convinced, how do I get started?

We recommend booking a short demo where we can go into more detail about the specific things the AI models are considering.

Then, once you are ready you simply create an account and upload your DXF files (road centerlines, curbs, lot boundaries, retaining walls, existing drainage and sanitary systems).

Once the inputs are validated (feedback provided generally within 24 hrs) you will receive an optimized surface design generally within 48 hours.
